Josh Anderson
Josh Anderson began his career in banking before discovering his true calling in real estate. Over nearly two decades of full-time practice, he has built one of the most respected names in Northern California real estate. As CEO and Owner of Realty ONE Group Zoom -- a brokerage he co-founded with Treasure in 2019 -- Josh has led the team to over 5,000 home sales and billions of dollars in volume.
Josh has served as Board President for Banta Unified School District in San Joaquin County and as a Board Member for River Islands Academies -- a testament to his deep roots and commitment to the communities he serves. He and Treasure are parents to nine children (six boys and three girls) and proud grandparents to six grandchildren. They reside in East Oakdale and own property in River Islands and Modesto.
Josh's market expertise spans from Portola Valley and Los Altos to Danville and beyond -- covering the full breadth of Northern California's most coveted real estate markets.
Treasure Anderson
Treasure Anderson is the Broker-Owner of Realty ONE Group Zoom and a trailblazer in the industry. She is the owner of the largest Latina-owned real estate brokerage in California's Central Valley -- a distinction earned through relentless dedication, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to her clients and community.
Like Josh, Treasure began her career in banking, developing a deep understanding of financial systems and client service before transitioning to real estate. Her banking background gives her a unique analytical edge in negotiations and market strategy -- an advantage that has directly benefited thousands of sellers and buyers throughout her career.
Together with Josh, Treasure has grown Realty ONE Group Zoom to nearly 200 realtors, with a reach spanning 62 countries, 16 languages, and over 62 million potential buyers. The .95% program is her vision for giving back -- a way to stop the financial bleeding in their community and help neighbors keep more of what they've earned.

"This Economy Is Already Taking Enough from Our Neighbors."
We didn't create point95percent.com because we had to. We created it because we wanted to. This economy is not healthy, and we refuse to be another force taking money from the people in our community. We've sold real estate full-time for nearly 20 years. We've built a billion-dollar company. Now it's time to give back. Our neighbors deserve full service at a price that lets them keep more of what they've worked for. That's not a discount -- that's a good deed.
